Or would you like to be able to create tantalising food to impress your friends and family? You may choose from a range of classes, including Introduction to Curries, Party Food & Dips and Vegetarian Indian Cookery. Through detailed instruction with expert tuition, the class will inspire and provide the skills for you to confidently cook exciting food in your own home.

Location: Peterborough (South East)

Agenda: Cookery classes start at 10am with light refreshments and a discussion about the menu for the day. Following this introduction the cooking begins with a combination of hands-on cooking and demonstrations. Once the cooking is done you will sit down to eat the food that you have prepared. At the end of the day you will be given a copy of the recipes used during the day to take home. You are free to ask as many questions as you would like throughout all stages of the day. This experience lasts approximately 5 hours.
